Impact In Our Schools

STEM

Many careers require science, technology, engineering, and math skills. Helping to fund STEM focused programs set students up for career success in the future.

Social Studies

Trips such as the 9/11 Memorial & Museum Field Trip, give students a new perspective by seeing artifacts and reading testimonials from those who lived and experienced this horrific time in history.

Video Production

Our students have experienced audio/video production as a complement to the existing STEM curriculum. This opportunity gives students hands-on experience with top-of-the-line equipment, just like the pros use.

Wellness

Bioengineering and Medical Career Pathways are supported with state-of-the-art tools like the Anatomage virtual dissection lab and other hands-on labs. A yearly run is held to encourage healthy exercise and community involvement.

Agriculture

Hands-on science experiments emphasizing various aspects of agriculture can be performed on the PA Mobile Agricultural Science Laboratory. This is a week-long series that the students look forward to.

Industry Skills

Industry Skills are supported through exploration of career opportunities and hands on learning programs, like the VR Welding Simulator. This piece of equipment allows students to learn the science of welding and understand the different properties of metal.
